Encasement Units for a Virtual Nursing Assistant

For Electronic Caregiver, the Cruces Creatives Job Shop successfully designed and manufactured 20 encasement units for Addison Care (TM), a virtual nursing assistant. Using computer-aided design, laser cutting, CNC machines, 3D printing, vinyl cutting, and more, a team of four Job Shop artisans delivered the encasement units on spec, on time, and on budget. The resulting project was premiered to widespread acclaim at the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show. 

Thank-You Gifts

As part of the five-year anniversary celebration for the establishment of the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument, Friends of the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks was looking for custom, environmentally friendly thank-you gifts for supporters. In response, the Job Shop team used government GIS maps to create a detailed 3D model of the Organ Mountains, then 3D-printed the model using biodegradable plastics made from corn starch.
